Superstar Rajnikanth is all set to be seen on screens in this year, with his films “Raana”. The movie ‘Sultan’ which is an animated cum fictitious subject, will be hitting screens in the coming May 2011. The movie’s name has been changed now to ‘ Raana’ for a purpose and the last 28 minutes will be showing Trisha pairing with actor Rajnikanth in lead.

According to sources Soundarya Rajnikanth, is planning to release the movie worldwide in 2011 and insisted director KS Ravi Kumar, to direct some fictious portions. KS Ravi Kumar recommended Trisha’s name for RAANA and so will be joining the studio shooting schedule from early march 2011.

Padma Lakshmi Daughter case update :
Padma Lakshmi was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu India to a Keralite father who was a Pfizer executive and his first wife Vijaya, a nurse who specialized in suicide prevention. She grew up shuttling between her grandparents in Madras and her mother in New York. She was her parents’ only child from this marriage. Her parents separated when she was one and divorced a year later. Both parents later remarried, and Lakshmi has a younger half-brother and a younger half-sister. The latter formerly worked as an actress and classical dancer but is now pursuing a career with children with special needs. In an interview in The Guardian, Lakshmi said, “My father had quit his job as an executive at Pfizer to manage her career. That was kind of like rubbing salt in the wound. Custody drama is back on the front burner for Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi.

Adam Dell, the father of Lakshmi’s 11-month-old daughter Krishna Thea, having long been unhappy with the custody arrangement hammered out last spring, has now filed court papers in Manhattan seeking more time with Krishna.

Things are heating up for Padma Laskshmi and the father of her daughter, Krishna Thea, but not in a good way. Adam Dell, a venture capitalist, has long been unhappy with their custody arrangements and has decided to go to Manhattan court to fight for more time with his 11-month-old girl.

“Adam wanted to avoid going to court, but it was so frustrating trying to find a co-parenting agreement he had to take this action,” a source close to Dell tells People. “He’s seeking sole custody of his daughter – but he’s hoping for a shared custody agreement.”

In New York, courts are not permitted to grant joint custody so Dell, who currently sees Krishna seven hours a week, has had to file for sole custody. It’s been a bumpy road for the parents Dell has been unhappy with the custody arrangement from the beginning and Lakshmi did not reveal that Dell was the father of Krishna until March.

We hope these two settle on a mutual agreement for their daughter who is bound to be an adorable little girl.

RGV Dongala Muta movie Preview :

RGV is known for his uniqueness. This maverick director has shocked everyone with his new film details. RGV is all set to direct a new film titled Dongala Muta in just 5days and that too, with zero budget.

RGV says Dongala Muta is an exciting thriller with loads of entertainment with Ravi Teja, Charmy, Subbaraju, and Ajay in key roles while the rest of the cast is yet to be finalized. The director informs that the unit members are restricted to 8 in number.

It is known that any film will take 100 to 150 days for its filming but RGV is said to be breaking the records by filming Dongala Muta in 5days and releasing the movie in just 1month of its start.

The other interesting news is the whole unit is working for no remuneration and they will be paid only if the final film gets into profit zone. RGV informs that he is directing this film with an innovative technology to prove that an interesting subject and aspiration towards cinema are just enough to end up in success without any budget too.

Dongala Muta will commence its shoot from 11th February and release on 11th March.

Shammi And Shashi Kapoor :

the Kapoor khaandan is at quite odd crossroads. While the family’s fourth generation enterant into the film industry, Ranbir Kapoor, is scaling new heights, the second generation duo is not in the pink of health.

Both Shammi Kapoor and Shashi Kapoor, who had been hospitalised last month, may have taken a turn for the worse. While Shammi had been hospitalised due to acute kidney failure, Shashi Kapoor was also bogged down by ailing health.

According to reports, Shammi had also developed high fever and had been admitted into the ICU.

Apparently, both the actors have requested their families to discharge them from their respective hospitals, so that they spend some more time with their families. The duo have also expressed their desire not to be taken abroad for further treatment.

The coordinator of Hindu Munnani Party, Kannan, has said that plans are being made to stage a protest and file a court case as this song has some adverse remarks about Lord Aranganathar and Goddess Sri Varalakshmi.

The Hindu Munnani party of Tamil Nadu has filed cases against Trisha, Kamal Haasan and the producer of the Manmadha Ambu movie (Manmadha Baanam in Telugu).

Apparently the organizations says that the lyrics of one song hurts the sentiments of the Hindus since the lyrics makes fun of Lord Venkateswara and goddess Varalakshmi.

The Chennai based court accepted this case and issued notices to Trisha, Kamal and the producer of the movie and aksed them to respond with one week.

On the other hand, Kamal Haasan and Trisha refused to speak to the media regarding this and said that they would respond after talking with the producer.
