Bigg Boss 4 | Bigg Boss 4 winners Announced | Bigg Boss 4 winner | Bigg Boss live
It’s no news that reality shows are rigged. Crushes and catfights are scripted by the producers and contestants have to execute them. So the news of Sara Khan and Ashmit Patel’s romance on Bigg Boss 4 being fake is hardly a shocker. Talking of fake romances, we bring you all the romances which were contrived in Bigg Boss’s house since its inception.
Bigg Boss Season 1: Anupama Verma and Aryan Vaid
The two model-turned-actors were shown coochie-cooing on the show all the time. Since it was the first season of Bigg Boss no one really thought their romance was rigged. In fact, the audience was enamoured by the couple so much that they were actually rooting for their fairy-tale story to come true. But alas, within few weeks of eviction Anupama announced that they have parted ways.
Bigg Boss Season 2: Monica Bedi and Rahul Mahajan
In spite of Monica being aware of Rahul’s wayward ways and his intimacy with another contestant Payal Rohatgi, she gave into Rahul’s charms. Or so Bigg Boss made the viewers believe. Their romance was staged only to hike the TRPs, and did it work? 100% yes
Bigg Boss Season 3: Claudia Ciesla and Parvesh Rana
Unlike the previous couples they didn’t sneak away into dark corners to do some hanky-panky but their romance was manufactured nonetheless. On the show they were seen cosying up, making passionate eye contact and promising each other friendship for life and that kind of lovey-dovey stuff. Did it last after the show went off air? Of course not.
Bigg Boss Season 4: Sara Khan and Ashmit Patel
We don’t really need to tell you that their love story is contrived. Sara’s fiancé Ali Merchant has already announced to the media that he is least disturbed by the tele-romance blooming between Sara and Ashmit because he knows it’s staged. Need we say more?
